HOLIDAY IN AUSTRALIA
You need to apply for a Tourist Visa if you want to sightsee, travel
or visit friends and relatives in Australia. You are permitted to stay in
Australia for up to 3 months on a SHORT STAY TOURIST VISA and
up to 6 months or in some circumstances up to 12 months on a
LONG STAY TOURIST VISA. Tourist Visa holders are permitted
to study in Australia for up to 3 months. You are not permitted to work.

Citizens of the following countries may apply for a Tourist ETA (Electronic Travel Authority) at our office:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (British Citizen), United Kingdom (British National Overseas), United States of America, Vatican City.

LONG STAY TOURIST VISA - 6 / 12 months
Citizens of the following countries may apply for this visa at our office:

NEW EU NATIONALS
If you are a citizen of Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia we recommend that you contact us for further instructions at info@aits.ch
NON ETA NATIONALS
If you are a citizen of a country that is not listed above, and you hold a valid residence permit C for Switzerland, we recommend that you contact us for further instructions at info@aits.ch
You should apply for your visa at least 3 months prior to your proposed travel date. You should not make travel commitments until after your visa has been approved by the Australian Immigration authorities and your passport returned to you.
